By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Personi platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Personi
Personi is a software platform that helps marketing teams create buyer personas, GTM strategy and campaign assets from structured business, product and market information.
These Terms apply to all users of the Personi website and application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
- Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Free Trials
Personi may offer free trial access to the platform.
Trial periods, limits and features may change at any time.
At the end of a trial period, continued access may require a paid subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation prevents future renewals
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of information, content and materials you submit to Personi.
You grant Personi a limited licence to process that information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information entered into the platform.
Where permitted by law, we may also send product updates and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
Personi, including its software, branding, design, content and underlying methodology, remains the property of Personi Ltd.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with platform security or operation
- Reverse engineer or copy the software
- Use Personi to generate content that infringes third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. AI-Generated Outputs
Personi generates outputs using information supplied by users and artificial intelligence technologies.
While we aim to provide useful and accurate outputs:
- Outputs should be reviewed before use
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose
- Users remain responsible for decisions made using platform outputs
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Personi may be modified, updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Personi is provided on an “as available” basis
- We exclude all implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
- Our total liability arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- These Terms are breached
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform
Users may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions through their account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
